The second floor boasts an extra large eat in kitchen open to the dining room with plenty of room for hosting summer dinners, a large living room with bar area and leads to the wrap around porch with the best ocean views from north to south in Ocean Grove. The third floor offers 5 more bedrooms with three having king sized beds, one queen and one with two twins. All bedrooms have an ensuite. Additional $800 exit cleaning fee. 7 Beach badges, beach chairs and umbrellas make it easy to come, unpack and hit the beach. Additional rooms for extra fee upon request. $9700 weekly in May, $10,700 weekly in June and September, $12,150 weekly in July and August. Owner may consider a small dog for $750 non refundable rent.
