A/C, wifi, 4 beach badges & use of stocked Beach Locker. Weekly late May/June rate is $2200. July & August rate is $2900 a week. Sorry no pets. $500 refundable security deposit and $300 exit cleaning fee. Inquire about September (after Labor Day). No smoking/vaping or candles permitted anywhere on property.
