Hang out on the porch on those mild days and nights. 2 Bedrooms have queen beds, 1 has a twin bed. A full bath is located on the 2nd floor. The first floor has cozy open front porch, spacious living area with SMART TV, dining room, fully stocked vintage kitchen and 1/2 bath/laundry room. Wifi. $2250 per month plus flat $100/mo covers all utilites, 1.5 mo refundable sec dep and $250 exit cleaning fee. One (1) dog may be considered on case-by-case basis and pet rent. No smoking. Shorter duration may be possible.
