Nicholas Pagano

Nicholas Pagano has been a lifelong resident of Ocean County. He has been in Real Estate for over 20 years and very familiar with all of Ocean County.  He specializing in Seaside Park and the entire barrier Island. He has listed and sold anything from Retirement homes, First time buyers, Residential sales, to Beach homes. He will guide with the process from start to finish to ensure a smooth transaction.

Nicholas is married to Kelly Pagano, a third-grade teacher in the Toms River School District. Nicholas is a proud father of two boys Max and Mason, who also attend Toms River School District. Nicholas is an active coach at Toms River Little League and a past Board Member of Toms River Little League. Nicholas is very active in his community, serving as the Vice President of RWJBH Community Medical Center Hospital Foundation Board and on the Toms River Education Foundation Board. Nicholas is the Chair of the J. Phillip Citta Regional Cancer Center "Red, White, & Brew Event and the Phil Citta Memorial which have raised over a Million Dollars since starting in 2005.

Nicholas is also the General Manager of The Office Restaurant and Lounge in Toms River. He has been working there for over thirty years. Since Nicholas has been in the business of Customer service for over three decades, he knows something about customer service to make sure they are satisfied with either their Real Estate transaction or with their dining experience at the restaurant.

2011 and 2012- Presented with leadership and devoted services to the DART Coalition

2011 Recognized by the United Way of Ocean County for the Young Altruistic Professional 

2010- Presented with the Excellence of Caring Award by RWJBH Community Medical Center
